Drugs and family violence top list of arrests made by Sheriff’s Office

In a recent report issued by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Depart­ment, Lila Marie Quarles, 39, of Lincolnton, was charged with dissolution of bond, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug related object, possession of methamphetamine, violation of bond order, and traf­ficking of methamphetamine. No bond was set.

Several arrests were recently made by officers with the depart­ment as outlined below.

The listed arrests are taken from the limited information in arrest reports provided by local law enforcement officials, and no arrests are left out. An arrest does not imply guilt; criminal charges are merely accusations and a defendant is presumed in­nocent unless proven guilty and convicted.

Those arrested were:

Adam Lewis Aycock, 32, of Lincolnton, was charged with court production order. No bond was set.

John Kevin Coleman, 34, of Lincolnton, was charged with fleeing, attempting to elude offi­cer, obstruction of an officer, and held for McDuffie County Sher­iff’s Office. No bond was set.

Robert Cullars, 34, of Tig­nall, was charged with burglary, two counts. A property bond of $10,000 was set.

Erika Hamlin Keener, 34, of Lincolnton, was charged with eleven counts of identity theft fraud. A property bond of $110,000 was set.

Danny William Lively, 50, of Lincolnton, was charged with battery family violence and probation violation. No bond was set.

Tyler Joseph Barden, 28, of Appling, Georgia, was charged with theft of livestock. A property bond of $10,000 was set,

Shu’qunta Jailesha Chiles, 25, of Lincolnton, was charged with criminal trespass, family violence, and simple battery fam­ily violence. A property bond of $5,000 was set.

James John Lively, 74, of Lin­colnton, was charged with battery family violence. A property bond of $5,000 was set.

Carl Leonard Newman, 44, of Martinez, Georgia, was charged with driving while license sus­pended. A property bond of $1,410 was set.

Destiny Brooke Brown, 20, of Lincolnton, was charged with obstruction of an officer, posses­sion of methamphetamine, and possession of drug related object. No bond was set.

Charles Douglas Dornberg, 44, of Lincolnton, was charged with theft by taking and criminal tres­pass. Probation hold for Wilkes County. No bond was set.

Stephanie Ann Murray, 28, of Lincolnton, was charged with probation violation. No bond was set.

Michelle Datrice Truesdale, 32, of Charlotte, N.C., was charged with battery, driving while li­cense suspended, giving false name to law enforcement, and theft by receiving stolen prop­erty. A property bond of $5,000 was set.

Michael Bailey Weaghington, 23, of Tignall, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related object. Parole hold. No bond was set.

Edward Leroy Harley, 43, of Lincolnton, was charged with battery family violence. A prop­erty bond of $10,000 was set.

Lance Carrington Neely, 30, of Lincolnton, was charged with disorderly conduct, expired tag, and no insurance. A property bond of $4,000 was set.

Mallory Lee Banks, 32, of Lin­colnton, was charged with hold for McCormick County Sheriff’s Office. No bond was set.

Chenoa Brice Bennett, 33, of Cowpens, S.C., was charged with probation violation. No bond was set.

David Eligio, 20, of Washing­ton, Georgia, was charged with court sentence. No bond was set.

Randall Newton Johnson, 38, of Washington, Georgia, was charged with court sentence. No bond was set.

Janna Marice Towne, 60, of Tignall, Georgia, was charged with simple battery, battery, theft by taking, and interference with 911 call. No bond was set.

Paul Wessles, 54, of Tignall, Georgia, was charged with theft by taking and investigative hold. No bond was set.

John Richard Wiggins, 45, of Hephzibah, Georgia, was charged with failure to appear (superior court). A property bond of $45,000 was set.

Andrew Brain Bufford, 29, of Washington, Georgia, was charged with weekend sentence. No bond was set.

Anthony Trell Millett, 19, of Lincolnton, was charged with hold for McDuffie County Sher­iff’s Office. No bond was set.

Shayla Monifah Terry, 17, of Lincolnton, was charged with child molestation (misdemean­or). A property bond of $5,000 was set.

Larry Dean Cooper, 67, of Lincolnton, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, violation of bond order, and traf­ficking of methamphetamine. No bond was set.

Yakira Naquesha Cunningham, 23, of Lincolnton, was charged with aggravated assault, posses­sion of knife while trying to com­mit a crime. No bond was set.

Ellis Edward Raley, 38, of Lincolnton, was charged with contempt of superior court/child support. No bond was set.

Dillan Molnar Groseclose, 22, of Evans, Georgia, was charged with DUI/alcohol, failure to drive within single lane, open container, reckless driving, and speeding. A property bond of $4,230 was set.

Joyce Elaine Hogan, 44, of Lin­colnton, was charged with failure to appear (probate court). A cash bond of $382.47 was set.

Cecil Theodore Laster III, 35, of Augusta, Georgia, was charged with harassing phone. A property bond of $4,000 was set.

Jack Tanner Massey, 19, of Lincolnton, was charged with no seat belt, disorderly conduct, DUI, failure to maintain lane, failure to stop for stop sign, leav­ing the scene of accident. A prop­erty bond of $4,310 was set.

Stacy Mechelle Millet, 43, of Lincolnton, was charged with battery. A property bond of $2,000 was set.
