Chief Lively reports on recent arrests for Aug. and Sept.

In a recent report issued by the Lincolnton Police Department, Stacy Enrique McClendon, 27, of Lincolnton, was charged with ob­struction of officer, possession of marijuana with intent, possession of drug related, and possession of marijuana less than an ounce. A property bond of $27,500 was set.

Several arrests were recently made by officers with the depart­ment as outlined below.

The listed arrests are taken from the limited information in arrest reports provided by local law en­forcement officials, and no arrests are left out. An arrest does not imply guilt; criminal charges are merely accusations and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty and convicted.

Those arrested were:

Nico Jemere Lockhart, 29, of Lincolnton, was charged with con­tempt of court (child support). No bond was set.

Chereie Antoinette Mickens, 33, of Lincolnton, was charged with probation violation, hold for Thomson Police Department. No bond was set.

Nico Jemere Lockhart, 29, of Lincolnton, was charged with theft by taking (misdemeanor). A prop­erty bond of $3,000 was set.

Christopher Tyrel Mariney, 24, of Lincolnton, was charged with driv­ing while license suspended, pos­session of drug related object, pro­bation violation, and possession of schedule I (controlled substance). A property bond of $18,910 was set.

Dallas R. Burkham, 24, of Lin­colnton, was charged with driving without a license and no seatbelt. She was released on her own re­cognizance

Weems Issac Hawes, 59, of Lin­colnton, was charged with theft by shoplifting. A property bond of $2,000 was set.

Alexis Shontae Wallace, 24, of Lincolnton, was charged with driv­ing while license withdrawn and no insurance. A property bond of $2,334 was set.

Jamarcus Octavius Gartrell, 18, of Lincolnton was charged with disorderly conduct. A cash bond of $150.00 was set.

Charles Douglas Dornberg, 44, of Lincolnton was charged with driving while license suspended and expired tag. A property bond of $1,450 was set.

Victor Hoges, 60, of Law­renceville was charged with driv­ing while license suspended and hold for Lawrenceville Police De­partment. He was released on his own recognizance.
