Grand jury hands down indictments in numerous aggravated assault cases

A list of indictments was released after the Lincoln County Superior Court Grand Jury reported for duty July 30-31 at the Lincoln County courthouse. Judge Harold A. Hines­ley presided over the proceedings.

According to Superior Court Clerk Amanda Doss, during the proceedings the grand jury handed down the following indictments.

Andrew J. Olson was charged with two counts of aggravated as­sault (family violence), two counts of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, simple bat­tery (family violence), and criminal trespass.

Robert Cullars III was charged with two counts of burglary in the second degree.

William Gary Lockhart was charged with two counts of aggra­vated assault, and criminal damage to property in the second degree.

Keyston D. Duncan was charged with aggravated assault, and crimi­nal damage to property in the sec­ond degree.

Karl Perrin was charged with ag­gravated assault.

Jarred Cullars was charged with aggravated assault.

Devin Chancellor Stephens was charged with three counts of ag­gravated assault.

Brett Evans was charged with two counts of aggravated assault (family violence), and two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.

David Eligio was charged with child molestation, statutory rape, and enticing a child for indecent purposes.

Lonnie Duncan was charged with aggravated stalking.

Matthew Rayner was charged with aggravated assault (family violence).

Marcovious Beard was charged with two counts of trafficking meth­amphetamine.

Brandon King was charged with aggravated assault (family vio­lence), simple battery (family violence), two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree, and two counts of criminal trespass.

David Christian Peters was charged with five counts of theft by taking.

Deceneu E. Stan was charged with five counts of theft by taking.

Jerry Pennington Quarles was charged with aggravated assault (family violence), and possession of a firearm during commission of a felony.

Lance Carrington Neeley was charged with aggravated assault.

Milton Walker was charged with exploitation and intimidation of disabled adult, elder person or resident.

Danny Lively was charged with aggravated assault on a peace of­ficer, obstruction of an officer, and fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Deonte T. Norman was charged with two counts of sale of metham­phetamine.

Aaron Smith was charged with aggravated stalking, simple bat­tery, family violence, and criminal trespass.
