Craig Zimmerman (left) presented American Legion Post 194 Scholarships to three LCHS seniors. Each wrote an essay entitled "What it Means to be an American." Normally, Post 194 presents only one scholarship. All three of these students wrote compelling essays that caused the Legion's board to award three. The total value of the scholarships is $2,000. Congratulations to l-r, Shayla Beard, Savannah Cliatt, and Austin Jones.
