In a recent report issued by the Lincolnton Police Department, Chase Tyler Wiggins, 21, of Lin­colnton, was charged with burglary in the second degree, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, criminal damage to property in the second degree, theft by receiving stolen property, and obstruction of an officer. A property bond of $150,000 was set.

Furthermore, several arrests were recently made by officers with the department as outlined below.

The listed arrests are taken from the limited information in arrest reports provided by local law enforcement officials, and no arrests are left out. An arrest does not imply guilt; criminal charges are merely accusations and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty and convicted.

Those arrested were:

Kathy Hiott, 60, of Lincolnton, was charged with criminal trespass and was released.

Danielle Carvita Reid, 30, of Lincolnton, was charged with criminal damage to property in the second degree, and was released on a property bond of $3,500.

William Lewis Hamilton, 30, of Lincolnton, was charged with dis­orderly conduct, and was released on a $150 cash bond.

Perry McNeil Zellars, 44, of Lin­colnton, was charged with criminal trespass, possession of metham­phetamine, and possession of drug related objects. No bond was set.

Ericka Ashley Hewett, 29, of Lincolnton, was charged with pos­session of cocaine, and possession of a drug related object. She was released on a property bond of $12,000.

Marques Darnell Blackmon, 18, of Lincolnton, was charged with aggravated battery, and was released on a property bond of $10,000.

Tiffany Elder Huffman, 34, of Lincolnton, was charged with theft by taking, and was released on a property bond of $2,500.
