Lively gives report on recent arrests made by officers

In a recent report issued by the Lincolnton Police Department, several arrests were made by officers with the law enforcement entity.

The listed arrests are taken from the limited information in arrest reports provided by local law enforcement officials, and no arrests are left out. An arrest does not imply guilt; criminal charges are merely accusations and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty and convicted.

Perry McNeil Zellars, 43, of Lincolnton, was charged with loitering, and was released on an OR bond.
