FOL book sale begins Dec. 16

The Lincoln County Friends of the Library (FOL) will host a special winter book sale fundraiser beginning Saturday, December 16, at noon during the Holidays in Olde Lincolntown festival, and is set to continue through following week.

The sale will feature a wide variety of newer, antique, and unique books for community members to peruse through.

Mixed hardbacks will be on sale for $1, and paperbacks will be on sale for 25 cents.

As the sale is set to run during Holidays in Olde Lincolntown festival, members of the FOL and the library’s staff will have books assembled on the front lawn.

Additionally, food and other refreshments will be sold at this time, which will also go toward the fundraiser.

Soup and hotdogs with all the fixings will be available for $1.50, along with baked goods which will be sold for .50-$1.

All proceeds from the sale will go toward helping the FOL with its library-based projects.

All are invited to explore the eclectic sale and expand their personal libraries, while soaking up the surrounding Christmas cheer of the festival.
