Chief Lively issues arrest report, disorderly conduct tops the list

In a recent report issued by the Lincolnton Police Department, Mat­thew Parton Belangia, 38, of Lin­colnton, was charged with driving while license suspended, possession of methamphetamine, and bring­ing contraband behind a guard line without consent. He was released on a $20,000 property bond.

Furthermore, several arrests were recently made by officers with the department as outlined below.

The listed arrests are taken from the limited information in arrest re­ports provided by local law enforce­ment officials, and no arrests are left out. An arrest does not imply guilt; criminal charges are merely accusa­tions and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty and convicted.

Those arrested were:

Tammie Sherll Gartrell, 43, of Lincolnton, charged with criminal trespass, and was released on a $2,000 property bond.

Tommy Mims, 59, of Lincolnton, was charged with disorderly con­duct, and was released on a cash bond of $145.

Agaris Laquez Crite, 35, of Dear­ing, was charged with driving in violation of limited permit, leaving the scene of an accident, and no insurance. He was released on a property bond of $2,296.

Fred Ware, 51, of Augusta, was charged with contempt of the supe­rior court (child support). No bond was set.

Brittany Georquetta Curry, 21, of Grovetown, was charged with disorderly conduct, and was released on a $150 cash bond.

Shaunte Maria Gartrell, 34, of Lincolnton, was charged with dis­orderly conduct, and was released on a $150 cash bond.

Frank Wayne Jones, 47, of Lin­colnton, was charged with aggra­vated assault, and was released on a $2,000 property bond.

Christopher Tyrel Mariney, 23, of Lincolnton, was charged with disor­derly conduct, and was released on a $150 cash bond.

Franklin Richardson III, 25, of Lincolnton, was charged with dis­orderly conduct and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). He was released on a $2,210 property bond.

Erienne Heather Chaffin, 22, of Lincolnton, was charged with theft by taking, and was released on a $1,000 property bond.

Brianna Nicole Chapman, 21, of Lincolnton, was charged with theft by taking, and was released on a $1,000 property bond.

Patricia White, 62, of Lincolnton, was charged with theft by taking, and was released on a $2,000 prop­erty bond.

Stacey Alan Bramlett, 42, of Lincolnton, was charged with a superior court bench warrant, with no set bond.

Patrick Joseph Thomas, 33, of Lincolnton, was charged with dis­orderly conduct, and was released on an O. R. bond.

In a separate incident, Thomas was also charged with possession of marijuana (less than one ounce), and parole violation. No bond was set.

Joe Tutt, 56, of Lincolnton, was charged with disorderly conduct, and was released on an O. R. bond.

Boykin Harris Jr., 62, of Lincoln­ton, was charged with reckless driv­ing, and was released on a $1,500 property bond.

Maurice Andrews, 41, of Lincoln­ton, was charged with disorderly conduct, and was released on a $150 cash bond.

Anna Elizabeth Mason, 24, of Lincolnton, was on hold for the Ai­ken County, S.C., Sheriff’s Office.

Susan Blackmon, 45, of Lincoln­ton, was charged with disorderly conduct, and was released on a cash bond of $150.

Jackie Lee Jones, 51, of Lincoln­ton, was charged with failure to appear, and was released on a cash bond of $150.

William Gary Lockhart, 23, of Lincolnton, was charged with dis­orderly conduct, and was released on a cash bond of $150.

In a separate incident, Lockhart was charged with disorderly con­duct, and was released on an O. R. bond.

LaKeith Lockhart, 20, of Lincoln­ton, was charged with two counts of burglary.

Michael Patrick Pemberton, 53, of Washington, was charged with pub­lic drunkenness, and was released on a cash bond of $170.
