The TIE THAT BINDS

Up until relatively recent times, one’s closest neighbor was often miles away, and a trip to the county seat was an all day affair. The railroad and modern transportation changed all that, and now we can travel anywhere on the globe in a matter of hours. Along with better transportation has come a better understanding of our fellow man as we come to realize that human nature is basically the same the world over. Fears and superstitions melt away as we find that love is a universal language and that God is the Father of us all.
