Ribbon cutting ceremony held for Home Cafe



As a proud member of the Lincolnton-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce, Home Café was honored with a ribbon cutting ceremony recently as a part of the Chamber’s efforts to spotlight the hard work and success of small businesses within the community. Along with owner Richard Brown, those in attendance were (front l-r) Chamber co-chairman Beth Putnam, Chamber co-chairman Harry Hafer, Home Café waitress Abigail Miller, Brown’s wife Lisa Gunn-Brown, head cook Elise Zellars, Brown, step-daughter Amanda Gunn, Chamber member Mary Mason, Chamber director Marcus Mason, Chamber treasurer Melissa Fox, guest Kathy Barlas, (back, l-r) Chamber ambassador to Home Café Mark Putnam, Cham­ber director Gyvonne Pinkston, Home Café employee Harvey Lee Freeman, Home Café employee Holly Wade, Chamber director Zay Banks, guest Colleen LeRoy, Chamber director Kermit Laney, and County Commission Chairman Walker Norman.
