On November 9, 2009, ROBERT D. TURN­ER executed a Note in favor of ROBERT B.NORMAN in the original principal amount of$275,000.00. Said Note was payable with in­terest and is now in default. Time was madethe essence of the Note, and the Note containedprovisions for the payment of attorney fees. Inorder to secure payment of said Note, ROB­ERT D. Sealed Bids for the construction of the Ad­ditions to the Existing Water Pollution Con­trol Plant, June 2015 will be received, by Cityof Lincolnton, Georgia, at City Hall, 125 N.Peachtree Street, Lincolnton, Georgia 30817,until 3:30 p.m. local time on Thursday, No­vember 3, 2016, at which time the Bids re­ceived will be publicly opened and read. Additions to existing water pollution con­trol plant to include modifications to the ex­isting influent structure, modifications to theexisting raw sewage pump station, modifica­tions to existing digester and construction ofa raw sewage pump station, an aeration ba­sin, a final clarifier, tertiary filters, ultravioletdisinfection units, a chemical feed facility, asludge dewatering building, all complete withappurtenances.
Time of construction is 425 consecutivecalendar days for substantial completion and455 consecutive calendar days for final com­pletion. Services to be rendered: The servicesto be rendered consists of providing alllabor, including all materials and equip­ment necessary to perform the labor for:
Street Cleaning, Grass Maintenanceon curbed and non-curbed streets, re­moval of trash from streets, holiday

event cleaning, tree trimming, grit andtrash removal from storm drains, land­scape maintenance at the water plant andwater pollution control plant, mainte­nance of planting beds, removal of yardwaste (leaf and limb), complete with allnecessary and related tasks. All proposals shall be accompaniedby a Proposal Bond or Certified Checkdrawn in favor of CITY OF LINCOLN­TON, GEORGIA, in the amount of atleast ten percent (10%) of the total pro­posal amount for the complete work;such Proposal Bond or Certified Checkrepresenting that the Bidder, if awardedthe contract, will promptly enter into acontract and furnish Performance Bondand Payment Bond, if required, as pro­vided by law and approved by the At­torney for CITY OF LINCOLNTON,GEORGIA. Each bond shall be equalto one hundred percent (100%) of thecontract amount.
