Possession, DUI, and assault top the list in sheriff’s report

In a recent report issued by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Bryce Alex Chriswell of Gran­iteville, S.C., was charged with electronically furnishing obscene materials to a minor, violating the computer exploitation act, and obscene telephone contact with a child.

Furthermore, several other ar­rests were made by sheriff’s office deputies during the past month as outlined below.

The listed arrests are taken from the limited information in arrest re­ports provided by local law enforce­ment officials, and no arrests are left out. An arrest does not imply guilt; criminal charges are merely accusa­tions and a defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty and convicted.

Those arrested were:

Chenoa Brice Bennett of Hodges, S.C., charged with probation viola­tion;

James Edward Hogan of Lincoln­ton, charged with theft by taking and discharge of a firearm near a public roadway;

Bradley Joseph Johnson of Lin­The colnton, charged with possession of drug related objects and possession of methamphetamine;

Robert Douglas Johnson of Lin­colnton, charged with possession of drug related objects and possession of methamphetamine;

William Gary Lockhart of Lin­colnton, charged with probation violation;

Bruce C. McCord of Lincolnton, charged with two acts of contempt of court.

Thomas Edward Quarles of Lin­colnton, charged with simple bat­ter, family violence, and terroristic threats and acts;

John Ryan Blundy of Lincolnton, charged with probation violation;

Ivie Donielle Justice of Evans, charged with DUI, improper lane usage, and open container in a vehicle;

Starla Stravinski Lockhart of Lincolnton, charged aggravated assault;

Adam Munns of Lincolnton, charged with speeding, DUI, im­proper passing, and reckless driv­ing;

Clude Elton Spires, Jr of Lincoln­ton, charged with aggravated assault and criminal damage to property in the second degree;

Brandt Gray Vickery of Mc­Cormick, S.C., charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, open con­tainer in a vehicle, and possession of controlled substances;

Callie Alana White of Augusta, charged with battery, family vio­lence;

Dennis Davis of Lincolnton, charged with disorderly conduct;

Dan Truitt Dill of Lincolnton, charged with forgery in the fourth degree and theft by taking;

Richard Monroe Harrison of Mar­tinez, charged with theft by taking;

Eddie Duane Letbetter, Jr of Harlem, charged with criminal trespass;

Nico Jemere Lockhart of Lincoln­ ton, charged with driving without a valid license, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and speeding;

Robert Dee Freeman of Lin­colnton, charged with probation violation;

Jose Jesus Fuentes-Morales of Aiken, S.C., charged with failure to obey a yield sign and driving without a valid license;

Erica Marie Juhasz of Lincoln­ton, charged with driving with a suspended license, speeding, giving false information or false name, and with being a habitual violator;

Darren Scott Lyda of Joanna, S.C., charged with obscene telephone contact with a child, sexual exploi­tation of a child, and electronically furnishing obscene materials to a minor;

Willie Mohoney of Toledo, Ohio, charged with disorderly conduct;

Peyton Ralph McCall of Lincoln­ton, charged with sexual battery against a child under 16 years old;

Richard A. Pries of Washington, charged with possess of drugs and a knife behind guard lines;

Bruce Allison Inglett of Lin­colnton, charged with possession of drugs and a knife behind guard lines;

Julian Wayne Waters II of Lin­colnton, charged with possession of drugs and a knife behind guard lines;

William Blake, Jr of Hephzibah, charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor;

Ryan Gillian of Belvedere, S.C., charged with probation violation;

Jeremy Ceaser Bell of Crawford, charged with operation of a com­mercial vehicle with a suspended license;

Brandon Stuart Goolsby of Lin­colnton, charged with possession of drug related objects, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, reckless driving, possession of co­caine, and speeding;

Joshua Quinton Gowen of Lin­colnton, charged with failure to appear in city court;

Edward Leroy Harley of Lincoln­ton, charged with leaving the scene of an accident (hit and run);

Gene Derek Lewis of Lincolnton, charged with disorderly conduct; and

Lance Carrington Neeley of Lincolnton, charged with reckless conduct.
