Pre-K registration is March 17
The Lincoln County School System Georgia Pre-K Registration will be held on Wednesday, March 17, 8:00 a.m., at the Lincoln County Board of Education Office located at 423 Metasville Road in Lincolnton. There are limited spaces available. First come, first served.
In order to register a child for the Pre-K Program, a certified birth certificate is required. A child must be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2010. Your child is not required to come to registration.
Two proofs of residency are required to register. A utility bill (water, power, gas) for your residence is required. It cannot be a telephone bill. Documents used to prove residency must include the name of the parent, guardian or immediate family member enrolling the student and a street address.
The second Proof of Residency will be one of the following: current lease/ rental agreement; most recent income tax return; murrent paycheck stub; current residential property tax statement or bill; current warranty or quick claim deed; current home purchase agreement; third person affidavit of residency; the current homeowner’s insurance policy.
Information accepted but not required to register are: Form 3231 – Georgia Immunization Certificate; Form 3300 – Georgia Certificate of Vision, Hearing, and Dental ; Child’s Social Security card; and child’s insurance card.
