First runner-up in teen pageant


Brittany Perkins, daughter of Emerson “Bo” and Laura Perkins of Lincolnton was awarded first runner-up in the 2010 Miss Augusta Outstanding Teen Pageant in Augusta, Ga. on February 6, 2010. Each contestant was judged in fitness wear, an interview, talent, evening wear and an on stage question. Brittany is the granddaughter of Kay Toto and the late Marc Toto, Billy and Dianne Partridge of Brunswick, Ga., and Emerson and Debbie Perkins of South Shore, Ky.
