The Lincoln County Grand Jury met Monday, February 1, at the Lincoln County Courthouse, with Chief Judge Roger W. Dunaway, Jr. presiding.

During the proceedings, the grand jury handed down the following indictments:

..Carl Albritton, aggravated assault.

.. Calvin Curtis and Wanda Curtis, theft by taking and theft by receiving stolen property.

.. Colton Kinney, statutory rape.

.. Albert Grabb, child molestation and sodomy.

.. Christopher Jefferies, two counts of financial transaction card theft and one count of abuse of a disabled adult.

.. Michael Gilmore, eight counts of theft by taking.

.. Alma Lockhart, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act (GCSA [possession of cocaine]) and battery of an unborn child.

.. Stacey Bramlett and Jerry A. Morris, Jr., theft by taking.

.. Franklin Gaines, criminal damage to property in the second degree and reckless driving.
