LCES kindergarten registration will be held from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10

Your rising kindergartner must be five-years-old on or before September 1, 2010. The registration will include a brief screening assessment (approximately 45 minutes completion time).

To register your child for kindergarten, the following requirements must be met at the time of registration:

..Child must be enrolled by a parent or guardian

..Birth Certificate .. Health Certificate ..Immunization Certificate ..Social Security card

..Twi proofs of residency

1. Utility bill (can not use a cell phone bill)

2. Current lease/rental agreement; most recent income tax return; current paycheck stub, current Medicaid Card, current residential property tax statement or bill, current warranty or quick claim deed, current home purchase agreement, third person affidavit of residency, current homeowner’s insurance policy.

Four-year-old students who already attend the school system’s four-year-old pre-school do not have to register. They will need to follow up on the three certificate requirements by August 2010.
