Hinson inducted into Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society at Reinhardt

Tyler Hinson, a junior history major from Lincolnton, Ga., was inducted into Reinhardt College’s chapter of Phi Alpha Theta, a national college honor society, on January 21, 2010.

Phi Alpha Theta is a professional society that promotes the study of history through the encouragement of research, good teaching, publication and the exchange of learning and ideas among historians.

Members must complete 12 semester hours of history with a gradepoint average of at least a 3.1, have a cumulative GPA of 3.0, and be in the top 35 percent of their class.
