CSRA EOA, Inc.Head Start will be accepting applications for children who will be 3 years old by Stepember 1, 2010.

Applications can be obtained at Lincoln Head Start 576 Metasville Rd, Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

The following information is requested to process your application: certified birth certificate, child immunization certificate shot record (Georgia form 3231), verification of income (last 12 months), (W2 form, copy of last income tax return, TANF/Food Stamp Letter, SSI Benefit Letter).

Head Start is a comprehensive child development rporam that provides quality services for the whole family. The program offers medical and dental services, mental health services, transportation, transistion practices, nutrition experiences, social services and opportunities for parental involvement.

Enrollment opportuntities are available to children with disabilities.
