JULIA NICOLE WINGER AND DAVID BENTLEY WHEELER Mr. and Mrs. Leland H. Winger, Jr. of Martinez, Ga. is proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Julia Nicole Winger to David Bentley Wheeler, son of Mr. and Mrs. John G. Wheeler, Jr. of Lincolnton.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James F. Naulder of Belle Vernon, Pa. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Leland H. Winger, Sr. of Shinnston, WV. She is a graduate of Evans High School, magna cum laude graduate of Augusta State University with a BS in chemistry and is currently a third year student in the Doctorate of Medical Dentistry program at the Medical College of Georgia.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Lewis of Decatur, Ga. and the late Mr. Jack G. Wheeler and Mrs. Frances Wheeler of Lincolnton. He is a graduate of Lincoln County High School and a graduate of Georgia college with a BA in psychology. He is currently employed by Columbia County Sheriff's Office as a deputy for crime suppression team with the special operations division.

The wedding is planned for April 4, 2010 in Port Canaveral, Fla.
