A team of leaders from Self Regional Healthcare attended Press Ganey's National Conference in Washington, D.C. to address and prepare for healthcare reform and to also improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Attending the conference were: Greg Dukes with his copy of The Lincoln Journal, Jenna Combs, Jerry Ryans, Tina P. Smith, Karen Warren, Linda Phillips, Carole Burgard and Ann Cox.
