MR. HAROLD D. BIEBER SR. Mr. Harold "Butch" Bieber, 62, of West Hill Road, entered into rest on Friday, November 13, 2009 at Doctors Hospital, Augusta, Ga.

Funeral services were at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, November 17 at Beggs Funeral Home, Thomson, Ga. with Rev. Chris Platt officiating. Interment followed at Westview Cemetery in Thomson.

Pallbearers were, Steve Swift, Ricky Whitaker, Alan Young, Leighton Taylor, Bob Brehm, and Kenneth Price.

A native of Newark, New Jersey, Mr. Bieber was a retired millwright who had lived in Thomson before moving to Lincolnton 28 years ago. He was also a member of the Goldwing Club.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Marty Hendrickson.

Survivors include his wife, Louise Bieber; a son, Harold D. Bieber, Jr., of Columbia, S.C.; daughters, Mary Louise Ganapathithevar and Margaret Louanne Bieber of Lincolnton; brothers, Billy Bieber, Robert Bieber and James McGrory; sisters, Mary Lou Yoder, Carolyn Keen, Brenda Epps, Ginger Pittman, Cynthia Horvath, and Patti D'Esposito; grandchildren, Ashton Bieber, Curtis Bieber, Logan DePappa, Jonathan Hopkins, Benai Clements, Lore Bivins and Cody Bivins; great-grandchildren, William Wallace III, and Wyatt Neal.
