Lynn Gay, the new family and consumer science teacher at LCHS, puts technology to use in her food and nutrition class by using a video camera and her Smartboard. While discussing the science behind cooking, her students can not only see what Mrs. Gay is doing in front of the class but also view the closeup version of the demonstration via the projection on the smartboard. Students in the back of the room can get a better view of the demonstration through the projection as well.
