The State of Georgia in partnership with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has completed and issued the Preliminary Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map (DFIRM) and Flood Insurance Study (FIS) depicting new or revised Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) for Lincoln County.

The maps are available or public review and comment at the Department of Planning and Zoning, 107 Perryman Avenue, Lincolnton, GA 30817 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
