MR. AND MRS. JONATHAN MARK WRIGHT Crystal Renee Meredith and Jonathan Mark Wright were united in marriage 4 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009 at First Baptist Church in Waynesboro.

Dr. G. Al Wright, Jr., father of the groom, and Rev. Brad Hambrick officiated.

Crystal is the daughter of the late Donna Faye Meredith and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Russell of Evans. Jonathan is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Al Wright of Waynesboro and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley, the late George A. Wright, Sr., and Evelyn Wright Forrest, all of Lincolnton.

Given in marriage by her grandfa- ther, Crystal chose Mrs. Katie Goodrum, a friend, to serve as her matron of honor. Miss Ashley Poffenbarger, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Haley Dumpe, sister of the groom, Miss Ashley Gayman and Miss Christie Plyler, both friends of the bride. Miss Jaelynn Holland, daughter of the bride, served as the flower girl.

Jonathan chose his friend, Mr. Alex Lively, to serve as his best man. Groomsmen were Mr. Gregory Coursey, friend of the groom, Dr. Jarrod Dumpe, brother-in-law of the groom, Mr. Nathan Hernandez and Mr. Brock Waltz, both friends of the groom. Master Grayson Dumpe, nephew of the groom, served as ring bearer.

Following the ceremony, a reception was held in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church.

The newlyweds honeymooned in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The couple resides in Evans.
