"The Dixie Swim Club," directed by Lincoln County's own Emma Collins, will be presented at the Bolton Lunceford Playhouse in Washington August 6-9. The play, which focuses on four weekends over a 33- year period, is the story of five very different women, who met in college as members of their swim team and continue to get together every year at the same beach cottage in North Carolina's Outer Banks. In essence, "The Dixie Swim Club" is a hilarious and touching comedy about friendships that last forever.
