Lauren Tankersley graduates cum laude from the Univ. of Ga.

Lauren Amanda Tankersley of Lincolnton, graduated cum laude during the Spring Commencement exercises at the University of Georgia.

Lauren received a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences, Child and Family Development, Early Childhood Education, Prekindergarten, Grade Two Emphasis.

Those attending graduation were her parents, Stan and Teresa Tankersley; Hannah, Dawson, Madison and Tristan Tankersley; Sylvia McCurry; Viola Herring; Stanton and Belle Tankersley; Lynn and Hattie Collins; and from out of town, Tim and Donna Collins and Katye Crook and Chance Palmer.
