The historic Blanchard House, which sits at the corner of Ward Street and N. Washington Street, is getting a facelift with a new coat of beige paint. The building houses the Lincolnton-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce, the Lincoln County Development Authority, and the sales office for Stillwater Coves.
