Devan Harrison, a junior at LCHS, is pictured with Sgt. 1st Class Robert Rayford, a recruiter for the U.S. Army Reserve. As part of the incentive package for joining the Army Reserve, Harrison was presented with $62,012 check by Rayford to be used to help pay for his college education. He will report for basic training in May.
