Students, employers recognized at CTAE reception April 28
      The Career, Technical and Agriculture Education reception to honor student achievement and to recognize employers was held Tuesday, April 28 at Lincoln County High School. Amanda Scott, 2008-2009 FBLA President, welcomed guests and participants.

HOSA sponsors several activities during prom week
      Activities were held at LCHS on April 23 to encourage students to stay away from drugs and alcohol on the big night. Sponsored by the LCHS HOSA, the activities included a "Ghost Out" on Thursday morning. During the day, the "Grim Reaper" took students out of class to transform them into ghosts.

Burnes will be guest speaker at women's luncheon
      The Savannah River Christian Women's Connection will hold its luncheon on Wed., May 13, 2009 at Tara Country Club from 12:30 - 2 p.m. Cost will be $13 per person. Luncheon guest will be guided by Suzanne Burnes on how to reach a goal of "Picture Perfect" ways to become guardians of our family memories through precious and personal photos.

LCMS athletes recognized April 14
      Approximately 100 people attended the LCMS Athletic Awards Night held Tuesday, April 14, in the LCMS Cafeteria. The evening was devoted to the introduction of the various teams by their coaches and the presentation of awards. The night also featured a special slide show designed to celebrate the achievements of the year.
