Pre-K registration
The Lincoln County Georgia Pre- K Program will begin registration for 2009-2010 school year on Wednesday, March 18 at the Lincoln County Board of Education Office, 423 Metasville Road, beginning at 8 a.m. The Pre-K Program is for children who turn four years of age on or before September 1, 2009.
Required documents to register include the child's birth certificate and two proof's of Lincoln County residency. One must be a utility bill such as water, gas or electric (no phone bill). Documents to prove residency must include the name of the parent, guardian or immediate family member enrolling the student and a street address.
The following items are acceptable for the second proof of residency: current lease/rental agreement; most recent income tax return; current paycheck stub; current residential property tax statement or bill; current warranty or quick claim deed; current home purchase agreement; third person affidavit of residency; current homeowner's insurance policy.
Pre-K Medical Certificates 3300 (hearing, vision and dental screening) and 3231 (immunizations), Social Security card, and insurance card will be accepted at registration, but are not required at that time.
Spaces are limited and entrance is first come, first served. Children are not required to attend registration. parents must provide required documentation listed above to register on March 18th.
