Atlanta, Georgia on February 9. This event had over four hundred participants from around the state where 4-H'ers had the opportunity to listen and learn about the challenges that our state faces and how young people fit into answering those opportunities that will shape a future Georgia.
Talks were given by the Georgia State legislative leaders from the house and senate. 4-H'ers were the guest of our House Representative Mr. Lee Anderson and Senator Mr. Bill Jackson. 4-H'ers in attendance were Northeast Board of Director Vice President Meg Ball, Kristen Freeman, Jamual Hawes and Quardale Hogan. Also in attendance were board of education member, Mrs. Denise Freeman and Lincoln Co. Extension Agent, Mr. Monte Stephens
