MR. AND MRS. CHRISTOPHER A. POWERS Bobbie Jean Blohm and Christopher Andrew Powers were united in marriage at Morningside Baptist Church in Lincolnton on November 29, 2008 at three o'clock in the afternoon. Daniel B. Fernandez performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond D. Reed.

The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Dennis Powers.

Sylvia Kulp of Trenton, S.C., friend of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridemaids were Katie Gillikin and Erika Bashell, both of Augusta, Ga., friends of the bride. Gracieann, best daughter of the bride, served as flower girl.

Dr. Dennis Powers of Deland, Fla., served as his son's best man. Groomsmen were Patrick Powers of Anderson, S.C., brother of the groom and Joshua Michael Blohm of Augusta, brother of the bride. Brantson Kulp, friend of the bride, served as ring bearer.

Bobbie was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, Raymond D. Reed.

Chris, Bobbie and Gracieann have made their home in Morganton, N.C.
