Georgia State Patrol investigates three traffic accidents here

State Troopers from the Washington Post of the Georgia State Patrol investigated three traffic accidents during the month of May in Lincoln County.

Sergeant First Class Andrews said the traffic accidents resulted in one injury and one traffic death.

SFC Andrews said troopers from Post 17 also issued 21 traffic citations in the county during the month. The total includes one arrest for driving under the influence, five citations for speeding, four seat belt violations, and four child restraint violations. Troopers also issued 13 warnings.
