..Miss Erica Newton was a dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fizer on Saturday. Alan Fizer was out for the weekend.

..Mr. and Mrs. Chris Abel, Amanda and Keegan, and Mrs. Pam Watson were Sunday guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Abel.

.. Kenneth Smalley, Mrs. Jan Whitner, and Mandy Dornberg have been visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Truett Smalley.

..David Dukes of Augusta visited Mr. and Mrs. Marion Cliatt one day in the past week.

..Marion Cliatt helped the Gideons give out 97 Bibles on Friday in the Lincolnton area.

..The Gideon supper will be held at the Home Cafe at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 22. All members are urged to attend.

..Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Bryant, Alicia Bryant and Patrick Bryant attended the Ingram family reunion on Sunday, May 18.
