Leverett honored on 75th birthday with party April 27

A birthday celebration for Ms. Julia Mae Leverett was enjoyed by all who attended on Sunday, April 27 at The Lincoln Center.
Ms. Julia was escorted in by her two sons, Marvin and John Leverett, where she was seated with her five daughters: Martha Leverett, Mary Hearst, Gail Partlow, Judy Leverett and Linda Prickett.
Attending this birthday celebration were ten of her sixteen grandchildren: Kandie Hearst and Vickie Partlow, Lincolnton, Ga., Garrison Hearst, Alpharetta Ga., Tonya Partlow, Atlanta Ga., Julius Partlow, Aiken S.C., Kelvin Leverett, Duncan, S.C., Adrienne Elam, Lincolnton Ga., Marcus King, Jefferson Ga., Nicki Leverett, Lincolnton, Ga. and Amber Prickett, Rex Ga.
Also helping their greatgrandmother celebrate her birthday were nineteen of her thirty-three great-grandchildren: Dannielle Wynn, Atlanta Ga., A.G. Middlebrooks & Kevon Franklin, Jasmine Partlow & Travous Simmons, Lincolnton Ga., Gerard and Gannon Hearst, Alpharetta Ga., Rafael Norman, Augusta Ga., Terez, Jaquez & Kiera Norman, Washington Ga., Colby Jones, Atlanta Ga., Arreal King, Jefferson Ga., Alexia Norman, Ny'Zaih Cain & Nictavious Leverett, Lincolnton Ga., and Damien, Darrien and Destini Elam of Lincolnton Ga.
Ms. Julia's Pastor, Fred Perriman and wife Marie also attended along with a host of her Ebenezer Baptist Church family members and many other close family and friends from the community and out of town.
Everyone enjoyed a delicious meal, fellowship and a slide show of the honoree and family from the past and present.
The honoree received many nice gifts along with abundant birthday wishes from her children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren and from all who attended. She thanked God for allowing her to be here for 75 years. She also thanked everyone for coming out to celebrate her birthday.
