Martha Reese LeRoy

Mrs. Martha Reese LeRoy, 87 of Double Branches Rd., died Thursday, April 10, 2008 at Wills Memorial Hospital, Washington.

Funeral services were held at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 13, at Martin's Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church with Rev. James James and Bishop Cullen Hicks officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.

Mrs. LeRoy, was the daughter of the late William F. and Bell Tankersley Reese and was a lifelong resident of Lincoln County. She was a member of Martin's Crossroads Congregational Holiness Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack LeRoy, her son, Tommy LeRoy, and her son-in-law, Tommy Teasley.

Survivors include two daughters, Clara L. Teasley, Lincolnton and Linda L. Jones, Jacksonville, Fla.; a son: Ricky LeRoy, and wife, Kay; daughter in-law: Diane LeRoy, Lincolnton; ten grandchildren and fourteen greatgrandchildren

Pallbearers were: Alan Jones, Tim Teasley, Todd Teasley, Jim Reese, Charles Reese, and Joe LeRoy.
