Sherman Medlin

Mr. Sherman Medlin, 50, of Elberton Hwy., Tignall, died Tues., Mar. 25, 2008 at Athens Regional Medical Center.

A memorial service was held at 3 p.m., Saturday, March 29 at First Assembly of God with Revs. Lanis Lewis and Terry Bonds officiating

Mr. Medlin, a native of Jacksonville, had lived in Pennsylvania before moving to Lincolnton recently. He was a carpenter.

Survivors include his sisters, Peggy Medlin of Lincolnton, Dee A. Brown of Tignall and Mary Boyle of Jacksonville, Fla.; and one brother, John Starr of St. Augustine, Fla.
