Candidates have until April 25 to submit releases

The General Primary is set for Tuesday, July 15.

Those wishing to announce their candidacy in The Lincoln Journal may do so by submitting a photograph and a press release to the newspaper prior to 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 25.

The press releases must not exceed 400 words and will be published at no charge on a first come, first served basis.

Thursday, May 1, marks the last date of publication for announcements.
