Golf tourney

Harry's Lounge and Restaurant is hosting its 5th Annual Golf Tournament at Hickory Knob Golf Course on Sat., May 17. Format is Captain's Choice with a shotgun start at 9 a.m., and dinner and awards following the tournament at Harry's.

Entry fee is $50 per person; extra dinner tickets are $10. Call Harry's at (706) 443-5947 to register or for more information. Net proceeds for this fun benefit are split between the Humane Society of McCormick County and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life in memory of Harold "Pudge" Geiselman.
