Kathryn Anne Leverett Dawkins

Mrs. Kathryn Anne Leverett Dawkins of Goshen Street, entered into rest Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at Wills Memorial Hospital, Washington, Ga.

Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Lincolnton United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dave Hinson officiating. Burial followed in the Goshen Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Robert Adams officiating.

Mrs. Dawkins was a native of Lincoln County, the daughter of the late George Cleveland and Kate Chamberlain Leverett. She was a member of Lincolnton United Methodist Church and was retired from Leverett Insurance Agency.

Mrs. Dawkins was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Harold Dawkins, Sr.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas Harold Dawkins, Jr. and wife Lee Ann, Fayetteville, Tenn.; Steven Albert Dawkins, and wife Beth of Lincolnton, Ga.; a daughter, Floydean D. Goldman, and husband Gene, Lin- colnton, Ga. Additional survivors include seven grandchildren, Shane Dawkins, Lauren Northern, Kimberly Beggs, Russell Goldman, Austin Goldman, and Katelyn Dawkins, and Lauren Schoenrock; four greatgrandchildren, Bentley Beggs, Blake Beggs, Branson Beggs and Brooklyn Dawkins.

Serving as pallbearers were Danny Dawkins, David Dawkins, Ronnie Varner, George Leverett, III, Danny Aycock and Fred Scott.

Memorials may be made to Lincolnton United Methodist Church, Post Office Box 85, Lincolnton, Ga. The family received friends at the residence and at Beggs Funeral Home until the hour of service, then at the church.
