Women's luncheon to be held at Tara Country Club

Our Christian Women's Connection Luncheon, in affiliation with Stonecroft Ministries, will be held at Tara Country Club on March 12, 2008 from 12:30 until 2:00 pm. The cost for the luncheon and the special guest features is $13.00.

Our speaker for this luncheon is Jean Malcom and she will share her story of seeing real disasters in other people's lives as a Red Cross team member and then also share how she lived through and survived real disaster in her own life.

Our feature this month involves every lady who attends. We need your participation in showing off your favorite hats. It can be a golf hat, a baseball cap, an Easter bonnet, or even a special hat you dressed up an outfit with for a special occasion recently or in the past. We want a great display and variety, so ladies please bring or wear your special hat this month.

Adding to the festive atmosphere, will be the special music by Marian Parnell.

Our menu will be family favorite meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, and mixed vegetables. The fin- ishing touch of the meal will be Carrot Cake for dessert. A Chef's Salad may be ordered as a substitute at time of reservations if desired.
