.. Mr. and Mrs. Freman Moragne visited Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley Thursday afternoon.

.. The Gideons will have breakfast at 7:30 a.m. at Home Cafe in Lincolnton.

.. Deryl and Martha Odom, Hilda and Marion Cliatt and Mr. Grizzle enjoyed a meal together.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Marion Cliatt visited Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley Sunday afternoon.

.. Mrs. Debbie Smalley celebrated her birthday on Sunday, February 24th. Visitors in the home were Mrs. Carla Quarles and Dena, Mr. and Mrs. Kerry Whitner, Mandy Dornberg and Brad, Kenneth and Ken Smalley, David Whitner and friends, and William and Lee Bentley. The ladies carried Debbie out for lunch on Saturday to celebrate her birthday.

.. Sara Echols, Shannon Barrett and Keith Jones were Sunday guests in the Barry Chastain home.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Chris Abel, Amanda and Keegan were Sunday guests in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Abel.

.. Our deepest sympathy to our neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Watson, in the loss of his mother.

.. Alicia and Patrick Bryant visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant, during the week.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant helped with the supper at Anthony's Chapel on Saturday night.

.. Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley visited Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Young in McCormick and Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Bowick in Troy on Sunday afternoon. They also attended the spaghetti supper and singing at Troy Methodist Church for the Relay for Life with Brenda and Franklin Bowick Sunday night.
