.. Jackie Crook and Laverne Hardy visited Irene Bailey and other residents at Knob Hill one day the past week.

.. Irene Bailey attended the spaghetti supper at St. Paul Methodist Church Saturday night, February 9th, with the children of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alex Ferguson, Sr.

.. Erica Newton visited Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Fizer Saturday morning and Alan Fizer was out for the weekend.

.. Valentine's Day was enjoyed all week and on Saturday night, February 16th, Salem Baptist Church held its annual banquet and around 31 was present to enjoy the fellowship, games and food.

.. Marion Cliatt took Mrs. Hilda Cliatt to White Columns Inn in Thomson for lunch on Valentine's Day.

.. The Gideons had Pastor Appreciation Day supper in Washington, Ga.

.. Marion Cliatt won another pool tournament in South Carolina recently.

.. Alicia and Patrick Bryant visited their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant, during the week.

.. Alicia Bryant had breakfast with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant, one morning the past week.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Dudley Bryant visited Miss Irene Bryant one day the past week.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Abel carried their grandson, Keegan Abel, to McDonalds for doing real well in school.

.. Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley were lunch guests at Applebee's on Saturday with Mrs. Raymond Timmerman and Miss Erin Timmerman. The occasion was to celebrate Erin's birthday.

.. Mrs. Irene Bailey spent Saturday night and Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley and attended the Valentine banquet at Salem Baptist Church Saturday night and church services Sunday morning.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Adams, Kenneth Smalley, Ken Smalley, Carla Quarles, Jan Whitner, Mandy Dornberg, Brenda and Franklin Bowick and William and Lee Bentley have been visitors of Mr. and Mrs. Truett Smalley.

.. Nancy Bailey and her granddaughter, Whitney Owens, spent several days in Savannah. This was Whitney's fifth year to perform with the Georgia All State Chorus.

.. Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Bowick visited Mr. and Mrs. William Bentley Saturday and attended the Valentine banquet at Salem.
