Area Agency on Aging has immediate slots available for new clients

The CSRA Area Agency on Aging has immediate Community Care Services Program (CCSP) slots available for new clients. Through CCSP, the Agency provides Medicaid-funded services to functionally impaired adults who might otherwise require nursing home care. CCSP features services such as personal support (bathing, grooming and other homebased care tasks), adult day care, athome skilled nursing care, assisted living and more.

Clients must meet financial eligibility requirements to receive subsidized or fully funded CCSP care. Individuals aged 60 and above who do not meet CCSP eligibility criteria may be eligible for other assistance through the Home and Community Based Services Program (HCBS).
