Cope wins logo design contest

Lori Cope, art teacher at LCHS, was named the winner of the Augusta Colts' logo design contest during a press conference held at Famous Dave's Barbecue in Augusta on Thursday, January 3. Cope's logo, in its various alternate forms and colors, is now the official marketing brand for the Augusta Colts Professional Indoor Football Club and will be seen by American Indoor Football Association Fans throughout the nation. As the contest winner, Cope received season tickets to the Colts' games as well as other prizes.
