Diane Bailey

Mrs. Diane Bailey, 39, of Washington, Ga., entered into rest November 11, 2008 in Doctor's Hospital.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 14 at Tignall Baptist Church with Revs. Stephen Rayner and Dale Fincher officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.

She was a native of Wilkes County and the daughter of the late Ralph and Laraine Gunter. She was a nurse and a member of Tignall Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Thomas Bailey; two daughters, Shelby Bailey and Olivia Bailey of Washington; a grandfather, Roland Corbett of Lincolnton; a sister, Michelle Broome of Augusta, Ga.; and a mother-in-law, JoAnne Bailey of Tignall, Ga.

Tommy Corbett, Darryl Albea, Clint Albea, Ben Norman, Charles Heard and Joe Heard served as pallbearers.
