What stated off as a rocky season, turned into the 2008 Competitive Cheer Devil squad earning 2nd place, behind Washington Wilkes, in the Region competition on November 1, 2008. By placing second this enabled the Cheer Devils to go to the State competition in Columbus, GA on November 8, 2008. The girls had their best rountine all season but to no avail, they placed 12th beating out Washington Wilkes who came in 14th. I can speak for all Cheer Parents and supporters, that we are very proud of the girls and look forward to another season next year.
