Dumpe celebrates first birthday on two occasions
      Grayson Jack Dumpe celebrated his first birthday with two birthday parties. Grayson had a sports theme birthday party with his family in Georgia on August 23 at the home of his grandparents, Al and Anne Wright in Waynesboro, Ga.

Remembering our heroes
     American Legion Post 194 sponsored a Veterans Day Memorial Service on Tuesday, November 11, in front of the Lincoln County Courthouse. The guest speaker for the occasion was Lincoln County Sheriff Gerald Lawson, U.S. Army Ret. The event also featured a wreath-laying ceremony, selections performed by the LCHS Red Devil Pride Band, and a 21-gun salute.
