Ms. Norma Jean Reagin Bell, 70, of McDonald Street in Tignall, Ga. entered into rest on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at Wills Memorial Hospital in Washington, Ga.

A memorial service celebrating the life of Ms. Norma Jean Bell was held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 6, at Rees Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell Davis officiating.

Ms. Bell was born on May 14, 1938 in Dekalb County, Ga. and was the daughter of the late John and Helen Godrefy Reagin. She was a retired secretary with a life insurance com- pany in Atlanta, Ga.

Survivors include two sons, David Bell and wife, Mary Lynn of Loganville, Ga. and Danny Bell and wife, Shilla of Flowery Branch, Ga.; one sister, Linda Ross of Tignall; two brothers, Johnny Reagin and Tony Reagin, both of Lithonia, Ga.; three grandchildren, Mari Jean Bell, Jeff Bell and Christian Bell.
