Mrs. Mamie Lue Andrews, formerly of Lincolnton, entered into rest on Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at Hospice Atlanta.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 10 at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Revs. Alvin Rivers, Roy D. Andrews and Fred Perriman officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Andrews was a native of Lincoln County, a homemaker and a member of St. Luke Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons, Marvin Andrews (Ethelene), Wyatt Andrews (Annie B.) and Wilson Andrews, Jr. (Earlene) of Atlanta, Ga.; five daughters, Constance C. Parker, Lera A. (Herbert) Hicks, Deborah A. (Charles) Jenkins of Augusta, Ora A. Hill (Milton) and Shirley A. Andrews of Atlanta; one brother, Wade H. Zellars (Lucy M.) of Augusta, Ga.; one sister, Willie L. Davis of Augusta; a sister-in-law, Elizabeth H. Zellars of Augusta; sixteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Norris W. Gunby, Sr. Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
